Donny is an international best-selling author, speaker, life performance coach and founder of Ingram Management Group. He obtained his undergraduate in Management in Human Resources at Faulkner University, Montgomery, AL and his MBA, at Western Governors University, Salt Lake City, UT. For the last thirty years, he has worked in sales & marketing as well as training and development for both government and corporate America. Donny served over 21 years with the United States Air Force and finished his career at Air University in Montgomery, Alabama. He is responsible for the development of “Engaging for Success” a corporate training program that focuses on human design, communication, and attitude.
For over 20 years, Donny has trained and coached personnel in soft skills such as engagement, sales, sales management, customer service and personal development as well as personal life coaching. His experience in the financial and insurance arena has helped many achieve phenomenal results.
Donny’s success in senior leadership with major organizations, his experience as a small business owner, his skill in recruiting, developing and managing people, and his knowledge gained from serving on a foreign military sales team to the Middle East make him the perfect speaker for many audiences.

Donny has been married to wife Charlotte for over 42 years and they have raised three successful sons. Together they developed “Success in the Home” a marriage and family relationship training series. They have lived, worked and studied abroad with many different cultures and nationalities. Donny has a goal of helping people recognize their true potential and maximize their efforts in order to live life to its fullest.
